§ 18-58. Denial; violations.

(a)

No person is entitled to an entertainment license who has failed to comply with the requirements of a business tax receipt pursuant to article IV of chapter 66.

(b)

A misrepresentation in the application for an entertainment license, as well as any other violation of the terms and conditions of this division shall upon conviction be punishable in accordance with section 1-15.
