The police department shall conduct an investigation of the applicant(s) for the rotation
call list and including any employees and shall approve the application if the applicant
meets the requirements set out in this division. The chief of police, upon receipt
of the approved application, shall issue for the applicant to be placed on the call
list as provided in this division. Companies that are on the city tow rotation list
shall enter into an indemnification and hold-harmless agreement benefitting the City
of Key West for any subsequent negligence occurring after the city inspection has
taken place.
